A walk along the history

ROUTE 1: “A WALK THROUGHT THE HISTORY OF THE CITY”

From the Almoina square, we walk through the streets of the old city, travel to different periods of the medieval Valencia and, thanks to different characters, we know the old neighbourhoods: the judería, the morería and the mancebía.

Route 1 takes place the first Friday of every month.

ROUTE 2: “LEGENDS, ANECDOTES AND COSTUMS OF THE OLD CITY”

A narrator tells you short tales about the city, its legends and the customs of its inhabitants in the 17th Century. Along the trip, maybe some characters want to tell us the adventures of their trips through our city.

Route 2 takes place all Saturdays between 22 and 24 hours.

Children from 0 to 10 years will be free.

Activities for groups:

Both routes can be booked for other week days, if you book them 7 days before. Groups must be from 25 persons to 50. We also make GINKANAS for groups from 40 to 300 persons and its price depends on the number of contestants.

PASEANDO VALENCIA

PASEANDO Valencia offers to the visitor the possibility of knowing the ancient city from a different and entertaining way. The theatre route “A walk along the history” is realized on foot following an itinerary planned by the framework of streets least known about the historical centre, removed from the night potherb and that, for its history or situation, possess a special interest for the traveller.

From the point of exit, the group is accompanied by a narrator who facilitates the keys to be located in the medieval Valencia and later he will guide it “across the time” up to the diverse places in those who were finding the ancient missing and forgotten quarters: the Jewry, the Moorish lands and the brothel.

In its thinking up for the streets, different personages of the history of Valencia, interpreted by actors, they will go out to the step of the group to present the facts of which they were witnesses and protagonists.
