This is the portico of the entrance to the City of the Arts and Sciences, a free access green area of some 7,000 square metres, 320 metres long and 60 metres wide.Within it houses El Paseo de las Esculturas (The Sculptures' Walk), an art gallery out in the open air with sculptures by contemporary sculptors, such as Miquel Navarro or Yoko Ono.
Moreover, it also houses a great variety of plants of different species chosen due to their shape and colour that vary throughout the seasons of the year.
