Valencia Comunity (Communidad Valenciana) in Spain is made up of three Provinces. North to South they are the Provinces of Castellon, Valencia & Alicante.Valencia Life News reports that according to the latest statistics, Britons are the biggest collection of foreigners in the Valencian Community, with 135,005 resident in the autonomy.
However not far behind are the Rumanians, with 128,097 residents. This latter figure marks a 33% increase over 2007, whilst other nationalities with a significant presence in the autonomy are Bulgarians, Bolivians, Moroccans and Italians.
The latest figures reveal that some 847,339 foreigners reside in the Valencian Community, divided as follows: -
- Alicante and Province: 446,368
- Valencia and Province: 294.846
- Castellon and Province: 106,125
