The Valencian Community has seen the closure of 15% of its companies and over 11% of the independent workers are on unemployment, according to figures released by the Labour Ministry.These figures are well above the national average of 10% for companies and 8% for the self-employed workers. The Autonomy is top of the list for the self-employed job losses and second only to Murcia for the number of closed companies.
