It has been revealed that the 884,622 foreigners resident in the Valencian Community represent 17.35% of its population.This figure in practical terms means that it is almost triple the foreign population in the other countries of the European Union which is 6.4%, whilst the figure for foreigners in Spain is 12.3% of the population.
By nationality, those from the European Union number 494,488 people or 55.89% of the figure.
