It has been revealed that a multitude of names at the top of the fashion industry are  seeking to open a branch in Valencia - in Calle Colon, or the area nearby, and are looking at a final area of 1,500 square metres. 

It appears that this demand has been coupled with a drop in rentals for these types of properties by at least 30% over last year, according to BNP Paribas Real Estate. This demand follows on from Apple, who are renting an historic building on the corner of Calle Colon and and Calle Lauria.

Less certain, for the centre of the City at least, is the arrival of the giant Saturn Group who specialise in the sale of household electrical items, computers and technology as the group is seeking a ten thousand square metre space.
