Description:
The Valencia Life Network reports...The Conselleria for the Environment has presented a report to the Consell of the Valencian Government approving the modification of the General Plan for Valencia that will enable the sea front area of the City to undergo a complete transformation. This will affect some 449,770 square metres of the Grao Cocoteros area, and envisages the construction of three thousand homes, of which 430 will be protected housing.
