The future modification of the laws governing bulls in fiestas, that was first approved in 2007, will now recognise the difference between mobile bull rings that are set up for the occasion and the bull-runs in smaller towns such as the one shown above. Serafin Castellano, the Conseller for Governance, revealed that the new laws for these types of Fiesta would be based on thirteen articles that have been sent to the Valencian Judicial Service for approval.
At the meeting yesterday, measures were also approved to elaborate a conduct code that prevents animal cruelty and will be far stricter in terms of security for all concerned.
