Benidorm Theme Park Terra Mitica opened on Wednesday 31 March for the Easter period, despite having a considerable question mark hanging over it as to the future owners. 

At the moment, the three main partners - the Valencian Government, along with the CAM and Bancaja - have still not yet made clear their intentions for the future of the park, despite having had offers from Aspro, Parques Reunidos and Aqualandia/Mundomar. 

In a meeting with the unions yesterday, Park director Juan Jose de Torres stated that the Park was in a sort of limbo, but that this should not effect its performance over the Easter period.
