The prize for the best adult Falla was also handed out yesterday, going to the On The Way to Paradise monument created by Paco Lopez for the Jerusalem Convent Falla Chapter that managed to do away with the six-year record of the Nou Campanar Falla Chapter.

This represented a David-and Goliath struggle, as the winning Falla had a budget of Just 300,000 Euros, half that of Nou Campanar, which broke the record this year as the tallest falla ever, at 27 meters high.
