The Valencia Life Network reports...

The amount of long-term unemployed people in the Valencian Community  has risen alarmingly over the past twelve months to 34% of those out of work, a fourfold increase in just one year.

These figures have also revealed that before the current financial crisis, there were 400,000 long-term unemployed in the autonomy, but that figure has now risen to one and a half million.
