The Valencia Life Network reports...

Justice Consellera Paula Sanchez de Leon yesterday inaugurated the offices of Hewlett Packard on Avenida General Aviles in Valencia, that since the end of last year has offered employment to 560 people. The offices are set in an area comprising 3,100 square metres, of which about a thousand still has to be finished.

Jose Antonio de Paz, the head of HP for Spain and Portugal, stated that for the moment, the majority of his clients were financial institutions, including Bancaja, Bankinter and La Caixa, and that the company would be seeking to employ more before the end of the year.

Also present at the inauguration were Francisco Camps, the President of the Valencian Community, and Vicente Rambla, the Conseller for Industry.
