The Valencia Life Network reports...

The Spanish Airports Authority - AENA - has now approved the plan for enlarging Valencia Airport by increasing the size of the passenger terminal, the general aviation facilities and the parking lot. Under these plans, a new terminal will be built alongside the existing one, and this has been adjudged to the UTE company for a value of just over 37 million Euros.

The General aviation facility which will improve the infrastructure generally of the Airport, has been contracted to the Vias and Construcciones company for just over eleven million Euros, whilst the enlargement of the Parking area has contracted to Dragados for over twenty-one million Euros, with much of the work beginning next month.
