Jorge Bellver, the Councillor for Building in Valencia, has held a meeting with architect David Fisher, who has expressed an interest in building his Dynamic and self-sufficient buildings in the El Grao area of the City.

The new building - pictured to the right - has its own characteristics in that the tower changes its orientation during the day in line with the seasons and the building itself is of modular construction, that enables it to be completed relatively quickly , with Mr Fisher estimating it could take just 20 month for a building to be completed.

As the meeting ended, Mr Bellver stated that this was just a first exploratory one with the architect, and that more contacts would be necessary in order to actually create a project for Valencia.
