The Region of Valencia is strengthening its reputation as the ideal setting for major sporting events. In fact, between 1st and 3rd February, the Region of Valencia's Ricardo Tormo Circuit will be hosting the official training sessions for the F1 in 2010. All the big teams are waiting for you in Cheste!
Over the years, the Region of Valencia has secured its position as a world-class venue for major sporting events, which have stirred great expectations both nationally and internationally. So no one is surprised that the official training sessions for the F1 in 2010 will be taking place in the Region of Valencia's Ricardo Tormo Circuit on 1st, 2nd and 3rd February. All the big teams are getting ready for their collective pre-season training sessions for the World Championship in Cheste (Valencia).
High-level competitions and spectacles are one of the major areas promoted by the Region of Valencia's Race Circuit. Thousands of fans and acclaimed figures from the world of motor racing fly around its tracks every year, taking part in presentations, training sessions and the competitions themselves. This is the case of the Sauber and Renault teams, which have confirmed they will be holding their official presentations at the Circuit's facilities next week.
The success of the Formula 1 European Grand Prix at the Valencia Street Circuit, the exciting Castelló Masters Costa Azahar golf tournament, the Global Champions Tour which took place in the incredible City of Arts and Sciences, and the forthcoming 33rd edition of the America's Cup, as well as many other events, have secured the position of Alicante, Valencia and Castellón on the world's sporting calendar and, of course, as an international reference in tourism.
