The Valencia Life network reports....

The Benidorm Theme park Terra Mitica has revealed that it will not open tomorrow as had been originally planned, and as a result will not open again this year, due in no small part to the high winds that recently raked the complex, at times reaching speeds of 172 Km/hr.

However, sources at the park were quick to point out that none of the attractions had been damaged, but tiles had been ripped off roofs, and certain areas of the park has suffered damage, most notably the office block that is set somewhat higher than the public areas of the complex.

Terra Mitica will open again in March next year as scheduled.
