MotoGP will remain at the Ricardo Tormo Circuit in Cheste near Valencia

The Valencia Life Network reported that Francisco Camps, the President of the Valencian Community, yesterday visited the Ricardo Tormo Circuit in Cheste following his signing of an agreement with Formula 1 Supremo Bernie Ecclestone that will ensure that the Formula 1 Motorcycling Grand Prix remains in Cheste until at least 2016.

The financial impact of this contract expected to add as much as 220 million Euros to the Valencian Economy.

Since it was inaugurated in 1999, the Cheste circuit has created almost four thousand jobs and had a financial impact of 426.51 million Euros - seven times the cost of creating the circuit
