The new Ford C-Max, will be built in Almussafes Valencia

The Ford motor company, presented its new C-Max at the  International Motor Show in Frankfurt.

This new model of Ford, will be manufactured exclusively in Almussafes in Valencia. The International Motor Show in Frankfurt, will take place from 17 to 27 September.

The famous company, dedicated to the manufacture of cars, has made it known he would present his new model C-Max, during the East International Motor Show in Frankfurt, which will be taking place shortly, during days 17 to 27 of this September. Ford has reported that this new model C-Max, will be built exclusively at the Almussafes production plant, located in Valencia.

This car has been created based on the design of the concept cars 'iosis MAX', which were presented at the International Motor Show in Geneva, and as we know today, this new model features a stylish more dynamic than a tourist class car.

Among the new technologies that are incorporated in this car are the new Ford EcoBoost petrol engine 1.6-liter direct-injection, a system of semi-automatic parallel parking and a vehicle detection device in the blind spot, all these elements with the order to provide better user comfort and safety.

The car, belonging to a new generation of global cars, developed for the C segment, is the first of this range, and goes on sale in the second half of 2010.

During the Frankfurt Motor Show yesterday, Ford officially unveiled its new C-Max that will be made exclusively in the factory in Almussafes. The car will be available next year in Europe and in 2011 in the United States, where some 60,000 units are expected to be sold. In a reaction to this news, the UGT trades union, whose members are in the majority in Almussafes, stated that it was a happy moment that Valencia would be able to produce a car of world importance.
