The Valencia Bus Service EMT received 1,574 complaints last year.  1,279 claims were by the behavior of the conductors and 295 about the bad operation of their bus routes.

The president of the Committee of Company, Jaime Col, has explained that the majority of complaints received from the users were made when the buses were made late by the traffic or the cars that park in the bus lane and so they order a bus to not stop at certain stops to recover time.  So, the people at those stops will complain.

In addition, there are many complaints when we do not open the door once we have actually left the stop.  He also goes on to say that many routes need looking at and revisiong as some are now obsolete and no longer carry the number of passengers that were planned for many years ago.
