Description:
Valencia Tourist BusThe bus operates from Plaza de la Reine. You can park in the car park and the pedestrian exit adjacent to the pay booth comes up near the bus stop. In this car park is a lift for wheelchair access, which comes up in the square opposite the bus stop, near Finnigans Irish Pub. The bus stop is on the right nearly as far as you can go away from the cathedral.
At the bus stop are boards for all three routes with all the information on the routes, pricing and times. In the summer, there are more buses.
Although the bus is a "Hop on & Hop Off" we always do the whole tour on these type of buses, so we can then see where to viist afterwards. We only wish that we had done this tour in 2001 when visiting, or in 2002 after we moved here. Many of the Valencia City photos on the Guide2Valencia site are taken from the toursit bus in 2008.
There are three routes and the on-board sound guide is in 8 languages. Having been on the City Tour I can recommend this to see all the main places.
The three routes: -
- Valencia City
- Maritime
- Lake Albufera
