The Ruta del Vino D.O Utiel-Requena wine trail provides a great opportunity to enjoy the beautiful landscapes and heritage of traditional wine-producing towns in the Utiel-Requena region, with visits to museums, underground caves, wine cellars and other places of interest.

Thanks to programmed itineraries, you can explore the area's amazing wine cellars in the company of a wine producer and oenologist, tasting the designation of origin (D.O.) Utiel-Requena wines and even sampling some typical local cuisine. You have three types of trail to choose from: The One-Day Trail, The Weekend Trail and the Made-to-Measure Trail. Come and enjoy a fascinating and heady trip inland through the province of Valencia.

And, to further whet your appetite for wine, the Feria Valencia showground will be home to the Brussels 2009 International Wine Competition from the 25th to the 27th April, with the second edition of the fine wines fair known as Vinoélite, la Feria de los Grandes Vinos following hot on its heels. Running from the 26th to the 28th April, this prestigious Vinoélite is an international monographic event that takes place every two years and is rapidly becoming a luxury showcase for the finest wines from all over the world.
