A warm welcome to all. 

I have a very comfortable guest house with stunning views, situated on a hill over looking the towns of Montserrat, Montroy and Real de Montroy.  There are also spectacular views of the hills leading towards Dos Aquas. 

Montserrat is a quaint little town with all the essential amienities. During the summer months it comes alive with the bull runs and fiestas.  There are some lovely restaurants and bars to cater for all tastes.
Montserrat is just 20 mins from Valencia airport and and 25 mins from the City of Valencia. 
Also, close by is Cheste race track which is perfect for all you motor and bike enthusiasts.
 
The guest house has a double bed, sleeps two and has its own ensuite shower/bathroom.  A mini fridge, microwave, water cooler, kettle, tea & coffee and air conditioning are all provided.  The guest house also has its own garden with a picnic table, bbq and swing chair where you can sit next to the lemon tree and relax. 
Wheel chair accessible.

Enjoy homemade products such as lemon curd and delicious cakes!

In the summer months guests may use the pool. 

Price is €45 per night bed & breakfast - continental or cooked.
