Welcome to our friendly Bed and Breakfast accommodation in the beautiful region of Valencia.

The Bed and Breakfast is located in the village of Monserrat which is a typical Spanish village and is central for many activities. It is a perfect setting for relaxing, quiet and stress free holidays and is ideal for other interests such as House Hunting, Golf, Fishing, Fiestas (including the Tomatina), Ricardo Tormo Racing Circuit, Fallas, Horse Riding, Mountain and Racing Biking.

The area also offers locally beautiful beaches, shopping malls, local markets and flea markets and nature parks. The local villages come alive at the weekends and stay open until the early hours during the fiesta times so do come and enjoy the relaxed laid back way of Spanish life.

The village is only 5 minutes by car, has a good range of bars and restaurants and the villagers are friendly and warm with the English people.
       
We have 3 rooms to offer with a choice of either a double room or a twin room in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere with a choice of breakfasts. Breakfast can be anything from toast and cornflakes, bacon sandwich, scrambled eggs or the full English with bacon, sausage, egg, beans, tomatoes and mushrooms. Also available, at a small cost, is a Childs bed that can be put in either the double room or one of the twin rooms. The bedrooms are non smoking, but you are most welcome to smoke on the terrace.

Towels are provided for your stay along with unlimited tea and coffee facilities in each room and your own set of door keys for your security. There is a safe available if required. There is ample parking for either cars, motorbikes, vans or a lorry and the drive gates are locked at night.

Please note that there is a flight of steps leading to this accommodation and it may not be suitable for some elderly people. Wheelchair access is not possible for this accommodation.

We are also sorry that pets are not allowed.

The costs for staying here start at 30 € per room per night. Check in and check out times are flexible unless the room is being vacated or filled on the day or your arrival or departure.
